Take notice that on the 20th day of March 2001, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting Fire Protection Equipment Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of May 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is System Sensor (a division of Honeywell International Inc.), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Seventeen,
State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Scott Barker).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
