Take notice that on the 21st day of February 2001, an application for the liquidation of MKC & Associates Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of April 2001 at
10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Meadowlands Engineering Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Jordan, Solicitors, Level Twenty-two, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland 1.
