Take notice that on the 14th day of November 2000, an application for putting Global Era Industries Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of January 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Orix New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland
