Take notice that on the 1st day of March 2001, an application for putting Arcon Digital Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 26th day of April 2001 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
