Take notice that on the 30th day of January 2001, an application for putting Total Transit Limited (formerly known as Auto Movers Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 29th day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Hotene Brothers Limited (trading as
H B Port Services), whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Fourteenth Floor, Arthur Andersen Tower, National Bank Centre,
209 Queen Street, Auckland (Counsel acting: J. J. Troup).
