Take notice that on the 24th day of November 2000, an application for putting Balloons On Tour Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of January 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is BOC Gases New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Sixth Floor, 77 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
