Take notice that on the 6th day of March 2001, an application for putting The Point Taupo Development Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 9th day of April 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Edna Edith Gleeson and John David Leeming Corry, whose address for service is care of LePine & Co, 4 Horomatangi Street (P.O. Box 140 or
D.X. K.P. 37-001), Taupo.
