Take notice that on Monday, the 16th day of February 2001, an application to put New Zealand Transport Systems (1992) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 21st day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
