into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 18th day of January 2001, an application to put Turner & Green Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Pool Systems Limited, whose address for service is care of the offices of Mirimar Legal, Solicitors, Level Three, The Textile Centre, St Georges Bay Road (P.O. Box 37-330), Parnell, Auckland.
