Take notice that on the 24th day of January 2001, an application for putting Backspace Limited (previously known as Sanctuary Developments Limited) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 29th day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Bell Gully, whose address for service is

& SunAlliance Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
