Take notice that on the 23rd day of November 2000, an application for putting Bellcorp Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of January 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
