Take notice that on the 11th day of December 2000, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Chester Casper & Co Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Seventeen, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-024, Auckland.
