Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 2000, an application for the liquidation of Gemini Boats (NZ) Limited was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of March 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
