Pursuant to Regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, Simon Christopher Whiteley, Manager Safer Vehicles Policy, acting under delegated authority and having regard to the results of tests carried out in New Zealand on the performance of the vehicle's braking system, exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
listed in Schedule 2, subject to the condition specified in Schedule 3.
