Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Southern Plantations Rural Fire District Notice 1998 Amendment No. 1.
(2) This notice will come into force on 21 January 2002.
2. Amendment of Rural Fire District Notice-The principal notice* is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule and inserting a new Schedule as follows:
"Otago and Southland Land Districts
All those parcels containing 31082 hectares, more or less, as shown on S.O. Plan 302513, lodged in the office of the Otago/Southland Land Districts as the same
as those numbered 134 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Fire Service in Wellington.
All those parcels containing 115,798 hectares, more or less, as shown on S.O. Plan 24584 and S.O. Plan 24627, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Otago, and S.O. Plan 12110, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Southland, as the same as those numbered
126 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Fire Service in Wellington."
