Pursuant to Regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Simon Christopher Whiteley, Manager Safer Vehicles Policy, acting under delegated authority, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from Regulation 70 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 2 of this notice.

(b) The vehicle is issued with a log-book, in which the following details must be entered for every journey:

? Purpose of journey
? Benefiting charity
(c) The log-book and a copy of this exemption must be carried in the vehicle at all times, and must be produced on request for:

? LTSA compliance officers
(d) The vehicle must continue to be owned by
