Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the
above-mentioned bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Third Schedule after clause 13 insert:
That section of State Highway No. 8 at Kimbell
in Mackenzie District from a point (Route
Position 57/7.92) 620 metres measured in a generally south-easterly direction from Stanton Road and extending in a generally north-westerly direction to a point (Route Position 57/8.60) measured approximately 50 metres in a north-westerly direction from Stanton Road; a distance of 680 metres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
