Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2001.
(2) This notice will come into force on 1 October 2001.
2. Abolition of New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District-The New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice-The
New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Notice 1992* is hereby revoked.
