It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated
1 August 2001 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 50A in Hastings District described in the Schedule hereto and, as more particularly shown on Plan LA/30/92/1 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Napier, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 50A, commencing at the intersection of the Hawkes Bay Expressway and York Road (Route Position 0/9.19) and proceeding in a generally
south-easterly direction along York Road to its intersection with Maraekakaho Road, then in a generally south-westerly direction along Maraekakaho Road to Pakipaki Road, then along Pakipaki Road to its intersection with State Highway No. 2 (new Reference Station 678); a distance of 8.24 kilometres.
