The Minister of Transport intends to make ordinary rules in the following-
Part 139-Aerodromes-Certification, Operation and Use-UNICOM/AWIB Services Rules,
-pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990.
The submission close-off date for the proposed rules is
29 September 2001.
Copies of the Notice of Proposed Rule Making
(NPRM 02-1) are available for viewing at Aviation House,
1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt, and on application to the Docket Clerk, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt 6315.
