Notice 2001
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice 2001.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for that part of the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice No. 1, 1991* that relates to Tanners Point.

Situated within Western Bay of Plenty District at Tanners Point:
Baigent Place
Giles Way
Moana Drive
Tanners Point Road, from its north-eastern terminating end to a point 400 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Baigent Place.
