Vehicles on State Highways: Transit
New Zealand Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the
above-mentioned bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the First Schedule, replace clause 7 with:
7. The section of State Highway No. 5 that is at Rotorua, commencing at Barnard Road (Route Position 47/0.00), proceeding in a generally
southerly direction to a point (Route Position) 47/3.14) 80 metres south of Waiwhero Street; a distance of 3.14 kilometres.
3. In the Second Schedule, insert 16 (c):
(c) At Ruato/Rotoiti, commencing at a point (Route Position 158/10.98) 380 metres west of Lake Okataina Road, proceeding in a generally easterly direction to a point (Route Position 170/6.40) 410 metres east of Tamatea Street; a distance of 6.78 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
