Civil Aviation Rule Parts 71 and 73
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 73.7 (b) (i), the following airspace details are amended with effect from
14 June 2001-
1. The Tarawera MBZ (NZC410) frequency is amended from 121.2 MHz to 120.9 MHz.
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.7 (b) (i), the following airspace details are amended with effect from
6 September 2001-
1. The following Auckland controlled airspace is amended (re-coded where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA451 Auckland CTA/E (NZA454), NZA252 Auckland CTA/E (NZA253), NZA258 Auckland UTA/C (NZA257).
2. The following New Plymouth controlled airspace is amended (re-coded where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA342 TMA/D, NZA344 TMA/D (NZA343).
3. The following Gisborne controlled airspace is amended (re-coded where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA444 Gisborne TMA/D (NZA452).
4. The following new Gisborne controlled airspace is established: NZA453 Gisborne TMA/D.
5. The following Napier controlled airspace is amended (re-coded where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA446 Napier CTR/D (NZA456), NZA447 Napier TMA/D (NZA457), NZA448 Napier TMA/D (NZA458), NZA449 Napier TMA/D (NZA459).
6. The following Ohakea controlled airspace is disestablished: NZA542 Ohakea TMA/C.

16. The following Christchurch control zone sector is established: Instrument.
17. The following VFR transit lanes are disestablished: NZV374 (Manawatu Gorge), NZV679 (Rimutaka).
18. The following new VFR transit lane airspace is established: NZV373 (Gorge).
19. The following general aviation areas are disestablished: NZG175 (Hobsonville), NZA371 (Halcombe), NZA372 (Feilding), NZG571 (Waipukurau), NZG572 (Ruahine), NZG573 (Wairarapa), NZG574 (Kaitoke), NZG667 (Upper Hutt), NZG670 (Paraparaumu), NZG671 (Kapiti), NZG672 (Tararua), NZG674 (Jury Hill), NZG871 (Lake Station).
20. The Parakai general aviation area (NZG171) activation details are amended.
21. The following new general aviation areas are established: NZG179 (Whenuapai), NZA378 (Halcombe), NZA379 (Oroua River), NZG575 (Wairarapa), NZG673 (Kapiti Coast), NZG870 (Lake Station).
22. The following visual reporting points are disestablished: Arthur's Point, Walter Peak Jetty, Wilsons Bay.
23. The following new visual reporting points are established: Bobs Cove, Flood Burn, Hidden Falls, Hollyford Strip, Kaipo Saddle, Kay Creek, Lake Iceberg, Moonlight, Mount Larkins, Mount Tutoko, Walter Peak, Wilmot, Dashwood Pass, Taylor Pass, The Ned, The Ridge, Vernon Works.
24. The Macetown visual reporting point has a minor correction.
25. The Queenstown Flight Information Sector vertical limits are amended.

1. The following restricted area is amended: NZR302 (Motunui).

10. The following parachute drop zones are disestablished: NZP630 (Martinborough aerodrome), NZP737 (Milton's airstrip).
11. The following new parachute drop zones are established: NZP632 (Martinborough), NZP738 (Franz Josef aerodrome).
12. The Pine Park aerodrome traffic zone (NZZ377) has a name amendment to Fox Pine.
