Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Orawia fire district Abolition Notice, May 2001.
2. This notice shall come into force on 16 May 2001.
3. This notice abolishes the Orawia Fire District and revokes any previous fire district notice pertaining to Orawia fire district.
