Buller District
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 6 described in the Schedule hereto is revoked within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
Schedule
In Buller District, the area of land (8210 square metres); shown as "Area B" on S.O. Plan 15568, that is adjacent to the south-western approach to the Fox River Bridge on State Highway No. 6.
