Pursuant to section 119 of the Legal Services Act 2000, the Legal Services Agency gives notice that clause 5 (2) of the Legal Services Board Criminal Legal Aid Remuneration Instructions 1999 will be revoked from 1 May 2001.
Clause 5 (2) relates to payment rates for certain proceedings category 1 and 2 matters.
Information to replace clause 5 (2) is to be found in the Legal Service's Agency's Provider Manual and on the web site www.lsa.govt.nz
All other clauses of the Criminal Legal Aid Remuneration Instructions 1999 continue to apply until further notice.
