Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety dated 18 January 2001, I, Peter Michael Cleal, Acting Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Selwyn District) Notice, 2001.
2. I hereby declare the area within the markings identified in the legend of and appearing on plan numbered LT 0159/1, entitled "Selwyn District Speed Restrictions at Edendale" and held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority to be a closely populated locality.
3. The said plan and legend are hereby incorporated in this notice.
