Pursuant to section 48 (4) of the Building Act 1991, notice is hereby given that the Building Industry Authority intends to make a recommendation for the amendment of the Building Regulations 1992.
That recommendation relates to the making of amendments to clause G13 of the First Schedule to the Building Regulations 1992 ("the building code").
