Pursuant to Regulation 6 (1) of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, J"rg Simon Mager, Senior Engineer, hereby prescribe the Low Volume Vehicle Code (2001) of the Low Volume Vehicle Technical Association Incorporated as an alternative standard for all items specified in the Second Schedule of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and any amendments thereto, in respect of Low Volume Vehicles as defined in Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Standards Compliance 1998.
Effective 1 March 2001, the Low Volume Vehicle Code (2001) shall supersede any previous versions of the Low Volume Vehicle Code. The following notices are therefore revoked, or remain revoked:
