Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receivership Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of January 2001, John Lawrence Third, financial advisor of Wellington, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of
C Holdings Limited, under powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of October 2000 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
