John Anthony Waller, Colin Thomas McCloy and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Hartner Group Limited on the 1st day of February 2001, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
