Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Murray Neil Frost and Vicki Elizabeth Botting, chartered accountants of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Level Eight, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin, hereby give notice that on the 6th day of December 2001, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the property of B F & I K Cowhan Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of September 1982.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Office Address for the Receivers and Managers is: Level Eight, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
