Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 30th day of November 2001, we, Rowan John Chapman and Shaun Roger Nixon, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Sandman Fashions Limited, under the powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the 1st day of July 1992 given by the company, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
