Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receivership Act 1993
Ian Roderick Smith, solicitor of Nelson, whose office is at 306A Hardy Street, Nelson, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of June 2001, he was appointed, under powers as conferred by a registered debenture dated the 23rd day of December 1998 given by the company, to act as receiver and manager of all the assets and undertakings of the
above-named company.
