Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of November 2001 at 9.00 a.m., Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Swiss Delicatessen Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of April 2000 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
