Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Frontline Business Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, on the 14th day of November 2001, appointed David Neville Cooke and Laughlin Glenn Keaney, chartered accountants of Tauranga, as receivers and managers of the property of Baigent Motors (Rotorua) Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 26th day of October 1995, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
The Receivers' and Managers' Office Address is: Care of KPMG, Fifth Floor, NZI Building, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
