Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on the 6th day of November 2001, I was appointed receiver of income of certain assets of Amalgamated Securities Limited pursuant to a mortgage dated the 28th day of January 2000.
