Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
BW & JFA Ellis Limited hereby give notice that on the 8th day of November 2001, they appointed Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant, whose office is at Duns & Partners, Chartered Accountants and Business Consultants, Level Sixteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of J G & B J McNally Limited under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 18th day of April 2001.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking, and all its assets and effects whatsoever.
