Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 and Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
Notice is hereby given that Keith Goddard Palmer, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed as receiver of income of certain property of Sherwood Properties Limited on the 24th day of January 2001, under the powers contained in a mortgage dated the 18th day of June 1996.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of the rental income derived from 11-12 Hillary Court, Naenae.
The appointment has been made under a mortgage granted to The National Bank of New Zealand Limited.
Communications to the mortgagee relating to the mortgaged property may be sent care of the receiver.
