Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 6th day of November 2001, we, Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert Knox, were appointed by Structured Finance (NZ) Limited, acting under powers conferred by a deed of debenture dated the 19th day of December 2000, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named company.
The Receivers' and Managers' Office Address is: Level Eight, WestpacTrust Tower, 120 Albert Street (P.O. Box 2219), Auckland.
