Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver of Mid-Way Motorhomes Limited on the 26th day of January 2001, under the terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
