Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Modular Building Systems Limited, Modbuild (North Island) Limited and Modbuild (South Island) Limited on the 29th day of October 2001, under the terms of debentures dated on the 31st day of May 2001.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertakings, property and assets.
