Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) & (2) of the Receiverships
Act 1993
I, Deborah Marion Barraclough, enrolled nurse of Auckland, whose office is at 236 Titirangi Road, Titirangi, Auckland 7, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of December 2000,
I was appointed as receiver and manager of all the assets, undertakings and property of Hewett and Haynes Limited at Auckland.
I replace Heather Margaret Gurney, who resigned because of ill health.
