Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 25th day of January 2001, I, Ian John Gerard Hawken, property consultant of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the leasehold estate of John Gerrard Berben in 70-72 Cable Street, Wellington, arising under a memorandum of lease registered as B. 659607.1 on certificate of title 46C/757 (Wellington Registry).
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage of the lease.
