Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of October 2001, he was appointed
as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets
and property of Valley Fields Limited (in liquidation) at Auckland.
