Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Matthew David Taylor and Ross Alexander Smith, chartered accountants, whose office is at Taylor McLachlan, 44 York Place, Dunedin, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of October 2001, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of BIM Limited and BIM (No 2) Limited under the powers contained in instruments dated the 24th day of July 1997 and the 6th day of August 1992.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the companies real and personal property and all their assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including their uncalled and unpaid capital.
