Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of January 2001, Gary C. Davis, accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Signopsys (N.Z.) Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 16th day of November 1994, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is: Gary C. Davis, Chartered Accountants, 322 Riccarton Road, Christchurch.
