Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road (P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were on the 8th day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m., appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company as follows:
All the undertaking, goodwill of all businesses, and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and all the uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital) both present and future of the above-named company.
