Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a debenture dated the 21st day of September 1998, given by Marketsource Limited in its favour, Info-Scan Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of Marketsource Limited on the
4th day of October 2001 under the powers contained in the said debenture.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
