Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of September 2001, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Elmo Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of December 1997 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
